Oak Haven's Architectural Standards:
Our vision is to develop Oak haven into a quality neighborhood that provides
opportunities for people 62 years of age & older to live with homes that reflect
today's architectural refinements.  As part of this vision, standards have been set
that will accomplish this goal and benefit those that choose to live here for years to
come.  Although minimum requirements have been established, we encourage
tasteful creativity that enhances the overall beauty of Oak haven and exceeds our
minimums.  Variances from the standards set in our guidelines are subject to
review of the Oak Haven Architectural Review Committee.
